Runway configuration
Runway 29 is normally used for IFR traffic, unless weather conditions require otherwise.

OBSTACLE DEPARTURE PROCEDURE:

Rwy 11, climb runway heading to 900, then climbing right turn direct MQO VORTAC.
Rwy 29, climb via runway heading and MQO R-050 to MQO VORTAC.

All aircraft departing on MQO R-130 CW R-320 climb on course. All others continue climbing in MQO holding pattern (SE, left turns, 306 degrees inbound) to cross MQO VORTAC at or above 4000.
