• Rwy 16, climb via heading 164° and EED VORTAC R-334 to EED VORTAC, or for climb in visual conditions: cross Laughlin/Bullhead Intl airport at or above 2300, then continue climbing via heading 155° and EED VORTAC R-335 to EED VORTAC.
• Rwy 34, climb via heading 344° to 1600, then climbing right turn direct EED VORTAC, or for climb in visual conditions: cross Laughlin/Bullhead Intl airport at or above 2300, then continue climbing via heading 155° and EED VORTAC R-335 to EED VORTAC.

All Aircraft climb in EED VORTAC holding pattern (East, right turn, 257° inbound) to cross EED VORTAC at or above MEA for direction of flight before proceeding on course.
