A staple of ZLA Live along with his dog, a lifelong lover of aviation, and one of the most kind and gentle humans I've ever had the pleasure to know, Matt brought a joy and optimism to our community that was so uniquely his own. From controlling ZOA with us late into the night, or flying all sorts of fun and interesting approaches as ASA and WJA720, Matt's passion for the hobby and sheer happiness of being on the network will be sorely missed.
