    1. PURPOSE.
    This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) outlines the procedures to be used by controllers working ZLA positions to ensure that aircraft flying between ZLA-owned airports not covered by TEC routes are routed properly and consistently.

    2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
    The Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) for this SOP is the ZLA Senior Staff. This SOP was originally signed by Tim Roden, ZLA Training Administrator, on January 14, 2016. This SOP shall be maintained, revised, updated or cancelled by the ZLA Staff or any organization that supersedes, replaces or assumes the Staff responsibilities. Any suggestions for modification/amendment to this SOP should be sent to the Staff for review.

    3. DISTRIBUTION.
    This SOP is intended for use by all ZLA controllers.

    1. Definitions:
      1. The '#' character shall be used to indicate the current number of any procedure mentioned
    2. Note: Appropriate SIDs and STARs must be assigned if the pilot is able to accept them.
    3. The routes listed below cover the en route and arrival portion. An appropriate SID must be assigned if the aircraft is able.
    4. All flights from SCT, NTD, SBA TRACONs to L30 airports maximum cruise altitude: FL290
