In the RW this airport has replaced the old St. George Airport (SGU). There is a new LDA and VOR at the airport. These new navaids and the airport itself may not be included in pilots' scenery. When the airport opened, it used the identifier "DXZ". In December 2011, the airport identifier was changed and is now the same as the old airport.
